From uncertainty and fear of the future to clarity and the power to act.
COACHING FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
You make decisions for your child every day — often under pressure, often without clarity, and often with the feeling that you have to keep track of everything at once. I support you in organizing your thoughts, making more confident decisions, and taking concrete steps that genuinely make your everyday life easier.
WHAT THIS IS ABOUT
It’s not about finding the one perfect decision. And it’s not about general advice.
It’s about seeing more clearly again, trusting yourself more, and moving forward step by step on a path that fits your life.

ABOUT ME
“I know this everyday life — and I help take
it further.”
As the mother of a child with a disability, I know the uncertainty, the many decisions, and the feeling of having to keep track of everything all at once.
At the same time, I spent many years working in PR and as an entrepreneur. I’m used to quickly grasping complex situations, structuring them, and translating them into clear next steps.
In my coaching, I bring both together: a genuine understanding of your everyday life—and the ability to create clarity with you and develop solutions that truly fit your life.
I don’t work with quick fixes. Instead, I work with you so that you can feel more confident in your decisions again—and so your everyday life supports you, rather than constantly overwhelming you.

FOCUS AREAS
What we shape together
Every family is unique. My coaching adapts to your situation — not the other way around. These four areas form the core of our work.
Think more clearly
When everything feels urgent at once, it becomes mentally overwhelming. We bring structure to your thoughts so you can make decisions again.
You constantly have to make decisions — often without clear guidance. We strengthen your trust in your own perspective.
Make decisions with more confidence
Develop concrete solutions
Whether it’s organizing support, having conversations, or structuring everyday life:
We translate challenges into manageable next steps.
Make the future feel more tangible again
Not everything can be planned. But much can be clarified. Together, we look at what makes sense now and what the next steps are.
APPROACH
It’s not a single
decision that makes the difference.
Without a solid base, no marathon runner can go the distance.
“Supporting a child like yours is a marathon, not a sprint.”
You probably hear this sentence often. It’s true—but it only tells half the story.
When training an Olympic athlete, you don’t start with fine-tuning. First, you build a foundation: a training base, a team, recovery, a structure that supports them. Only then can real development begin.
In families with children who have additional needs, the focus is often immediately on the goal—the next therapy, the next developmental step. But without a solid base, no marathon runner can go the distance. And that is exactly where we begin.
Many parents look for the one right method.
The one therapy. The one decision that changes everything.
In reality, development doesn’t work that way.
Your child’s progress doesn’t depend on a single decision — but on whether your everyday life is sustainable and whether your family remains able to act.
Time is a factor. But that is exactly why it’s not about making everything perfect immediately. It’s about making clear decisions, implementing them consciously, and learning from them.
You don’t have to find the perfect decision.
You’re allowed to learn how to make good decisions in uncertain situations.
AN EXAMPLE FROM PRACTICE
How a mountain
becomes a path.
A mother came to me with what seemed like a simple request:
She wanted to organize support for her everyday life — but didn’t know where to start.
She lives in a small town, has no local network in this area, and every well-meant “tip” only led to another door she had to open on her own.
It quickly became clear to me: this is manageable. But for her, it felt like a mountain.
Together, we developed a concrete plan: who she could contact, how to phrase her requests, where to start, and in what order. What began as “I don’t know how I can manage this” turned into a first phone call. Then a second. The mountain became a path.
This is not therapy. It is thinking things through to the end — together with someone who is used to structuring complexity and translating it into manageable next steps.
Let’s look at what you need right now.
